Very cool Jared. Another one worth mentioning is Office Live Workspace. In the future (with the release of the next Office suite) there will be web app versions of popular Office programs that will be accessible online through Office Live Workspace. It will be interesting to see how these apps from Microsoft will affect other open source productivity suites.

Have a good weekend!

During the opening vendor presentations, Jeff gave a brief overview of Azure. I believe he also moderated an afternoon talk on Azure as well. So yes, there was some talk of Microsoft's cloud efforts.

Hey Jared-
I'm bummed I hadn't heard about this conference before hand because it sounds like it was very insightful. Just out of curiosity I was wondering if Jeff Brand from Microsoft mentioned any of Microsoft's cloud computing offerings?

Cheers,
